Investigating him you will find a Tiger’s Hair Hat, give it to the Demon in the 4th Floor.

After this, meet him again in the 3rd Floor.

He ask you to go Mount Yamoo to report this sad issue to Blood Magistrate.

He will give you the quest’s reward (Black jade’s Black Moon Wristbands, Gold, Experience and Good Karma).

NOTE: To make easier the quest I add the map of the 3rd and 4th levels with the locations of NPCs.
